How to use
Pour the contents of 1 packet into a cup. Add 8 fl oz of water and stir until dissolved. Take once daily, ideally on an empty stomach.
Warnings & precautions
Magnesium should be used cautiously in individuals with reduced kidney function due to an increased risk of hypermagnesemia.
